Upcoming Work

CH3

The covered pedestrian walkway along South Eads Street is currently CLOSED. Pedestrians to cross South Eads Street and use the adjacent sidewalk on the east side (or north bound side) of South Eads Street shown in green. Utility work along this area will continue through mid-September, and the pedestrian walkway will reopen shortly after this work is completed.

Gas relocation work located near the CH1 loading dock and 18th Street entrance will begin on Tuesday, September 8th and continue for approximately 2 weeks. This work will occur in two phases as shown in red (Phase 1) and pink (Phase 2). Due to this work, (14) Temporary Parking Spaces are available for use at Park A (shown in GREEN on the project diagram).

Bus Stop previously located at the SE corner of S Eads and 18th Street has been relocated further North along S Eads.

WATER MAIN SHUTOFF NOTICE: The water main tie-in to CH2 (2000 S. Eads) is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15th. Water to the building will be shut off from 9am to 5pm.
