CH3

The covered walkway along South Eads Street is now reopened for pedestrian use.

Due to ongoing utility work in the parking lot of CH1, (14) Temporary Parking Spaces are available for use at Park A (shown in GREEN on the project diagram).

Bus Stop previously located at the SE corner of S Eads and 18th Street has been relocated further North along S Eads.

Tower crane removal is tentatively scheduled for mid-November. During this 2-day removal process, access from 20th Street will be temporarily blocked off between 8am - 5pm. More updates to follow after dates are confirmed.

CH7/8

Utility work is ongoing at the CH2 entrance from S Fern Street onto 21st Street as of 9/25 and will continue through late October. This portion of 21st Street will be closed during weekdays between the hours of 8am – 4pm. Residents and delivery drivers can access CH2 through 18th or 22nd Street.
