Upcoming Work

CH3

The covered pedestrian walkway along South Eads Street is currently CLOSED and is expected to reopen mid-August. Pedestrians to cross South Eads Street and use the adjacent sidewalk on the east side (or north bound side) of South Eads Street shown in green.

Infrastructure relocation work located near CH1 loading dock and 18th Street entrance is in phase 4 and will continue through the end of July. Affected parking spaces are shown in RED. Due to this work, (14) Temporary Parking Spaces are available for use at Park A (shown in GREEN on the project diagram). Gas work will begin in early August along 18th Street and continue towards the CH1 loading dock.

Bus Stop previously located at the SE corner of S Eads and 18th Street has been relocated further North along S Eads.

CH7/8

Utility work on Fern Street is in progress and will continue through 8/31/26. Periodic disruptions to traffic are expected. Watermain work in the area of 2000 S Eads will start on 7/13/26 and continue through 8/10/26, Monday through Friday from 9am – 4pm. One lane of traffic will be maintained during work hours.
